We can:

• Investigate why the incident has occurred, or where vulnerability exists

• Advise about how to avoid re-occurrence, or reduce risks

• Provide specialist support to your own experts

The more information that you can give us, the quicker we will 

be able to help.  Please be ready to explain:

• What services, products or activities your organisation deals in.

• Where you are located.

• What has happened and when, or seems likely to.

• Any indication of causes (even your best guess)

• What are (or would be) the consequences.

• Name and contact details of person that we should deal with.

• What hazards might we encounter?

• Confidentiality or security issues.

• Most importantly .... What do you want us to do and how urgently?

Work on an emergency basis might charged at a premium rate if a rapid response is required.  Travel, accommodation and other costs will reflect the urgency of response.  The rate will be advised when we respond to your initial contact.
